The role:
The post holder will provide a psychological care and treatment for individuals with complex mental, physical and social care needs who present with an eating disorder. Treatment may involve individual/group therapy, intensive home treatment/care or a period working in in-patient care. The Adult Eating Disorder Service aims to provide an alternative to hospital admission where possible. However, on occasion in-patient treatment will be required.
