Senior Business Support Coordinator – Client Contracts & Service Agreements
We are looking for an organised, proactive leader to coordinate key business support functions. The role focuses on client contracts and service agreements and supports project managers across multiple locations.
- Provide expert technical advice on Client Contracts and Service Agreements.
- Coordinate document formatting and support workflows.
- Lead the Rotorua administration team.
- Manage support coverage across all offices.
- Maintain lease records and assist with fleet management.
- Support marketing activities, including social media and newsletters.
- Contribute to process improvements and the Annual Integrated Report.
