Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Manager, Ecommerce to own optimization and performance across our US and Canadian Shopify sites . This role will focus heavily on conversion rate optimization (CRO), onsite merchandising, and ecommerce analytics , with clear ownership of revenue-driving initiatives across the full customer journey.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on —someone who can identify opportunities through data, execute structured testing, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Developers, CX, and Operations) to deliver best-in-class onsite experiences.

Ecommerce Performance & Optimization
- Own the day-to-day performance of the ecommerce sites (US + Canada), focused on conversion rate, AOV, and revenue growth .
