You take part in creating the best new hire experience by completely renewing our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help find the best vendors for recruitment and manage the entire collaboration with them.
- To sustain and improve safety Management System (MS) such as ISO45K, SHMS, ISO14K.
- Manage activities to ensure compliance with environmental legislations.
- Manage the environmental aspect and impact of the activities.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Coordinate the EHS related external audits and follow up on findings/non‑compliance closures.
- Manage incident management, indicators OOS, legal compliance, reporting for internal and external and organise inspections/Gemba.
- Support duties of the EHS operation.
