BBA is seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Electrical Engineer to help lead our growing work in load electrification, distributed energy resources (DERs), and medium‑voltage interconnections across Ontario. This role combines technical delivery, client engagement, and strategic growth—supporting electrification initiatives in sectors such as transportation, commercial, industrial, and the rapidly expanding data center market.

- Lead delivery of load electrification, DER integration, and medium‑voltage interconnection projects from feasibility through commissioning.
- Oversee development of electrical design packages, including single‑line diagrams, interconnection drawings, equipment layouts, and supporting studies.
