Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department and design team.
- Review, approve, and sign off on LV and MV electrical designs.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and development of engineers and draughtspersons.
- Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Conduct site audits, compliance assessments, and technical investigations.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee commissioning activities and ensure successful project implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements:
- BEng Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
