Job Description
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in the development and execution of electrical, control, and automation capabilities.
- Define system architectures and technical standards for electromechanical platforms.
- Oversee design, integration, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support product delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, precision equipment, or related high‑technology industries .
- Strong expertise in motion control modelling and control algorithms for ultra‑high‑speed and high‑accuracy applications.
