Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design and engineering works, including preparation of calculations (e.g., voltage drop, short circuit analysis, load schedules), single-line diagrams (SLD), schematic drawings, and technical documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams (e.g., ACMV, BMS, architectural, civil) to resolve technical issues and ensure effective design coordination.
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews, including evaluation of method statements and risk assessments, to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
