Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance to support operations at a large mining and processing facility near Tucson, Arizona. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical maintenance operations through first-line supervisors while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production support.

The position is based at a mining operation located approximately 20 miles from Tucson, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise, coordinate, and control the safe and efficient operation of assigned electrical maintenance work units
+ Directly oversee first-line and shift supervisors
+ Ensure continued production support by executing maintenance plans and schedules
