Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating 3D Surface Models, 2D Drawings, components assemblies using CAD system Creo Parametric 10.Hands on experience in CAD metadata documentation using Windchill (PLM).Create, Validate, analyse and review digital Mock-up models for Engine Platforms; optimise and maintain the database to keep them updated.Integration of Subsystems in Engine platforms and performing tolerance stack-up calculations for checking clearance, gaps & worst cases in assemblies.Proficiently assign GD&T for complex casting, welding, piping, sheet metal, machining components according to the understanding of their manufacturing processes.Generating design concepts to visualize technical solutions and presenting it to experts for their clarification.Coordinate with interdisciplinary departments within project environments.<...
