Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimization of hydraulics, gears and gearboxes components, assemblies and systems whilst taking account of technical, scheduling and financial aspects (design to cost from the customer requirements)

  • PLM management (BOM creation, lifecycle promotion, etc)

  • Drawing and BOM changes etc.

  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with the corresponding departments within the project environment

  • Tolerance calculations

  • Cooperation with component suppliers for the clarification of technical properties of components and common component development (co-design)

  • Contribute to FMEA

  • Support local component development with respect to cost and quality.
