As a
Senior Engineer – Desktop Engineering & Support , you will be part of a dynamic regional team responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, migration, and operational security of enterprise workspace technology services across APAC. You will lead end‑to‑end desktop engineering initiatives, ensuring secure, seamless, and highly available environments while driving continuous improvement and compliance in a regulated banking context.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Desktop Engineering & Support
Act as the escalation contact for endpoint issues (OS, software, hardware, performance, crash) within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Deliver rapid resolution to advanced endpoint challenges, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.
Respond to cyber threats from a workspace technology perspective, coordinating with stakeholders and educating local IT teams.
