Job Purpose
To ensure implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices across Wind Power Project sites and maintain compliance with statutory regulations, company standards, and client safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards at wind project sites.Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, permit systems, and client EHS requirements.Monitor safe execution of activities related to WTG erection, lifting operations, electrical works, civil works, and commissioning.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, mock drills, and awareness programs for site personnel and contractors.Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective & preventive actions are implemented.Investigate incidents, near misses, and a...
