Vishay Intertechnology Inc. is looking for a Staff Engineer EOL Assembly Process to oversee the assembly production processes. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in Assembly Process Engineering, preferably with expertise in Power Discrete and/or Power Management Packages.
You will be responsible for driving improvement projects, optimizing yield and quality, and establishing baseline specifications. Proficiency in English and strong problem-solving capabilities are essential, as well as a relevant degree.
