Field Diagnostics & Complaint AnalysisLead the technical investigation of field complaints related to Engine (Diesel & Gasoline).Perform & Analyze the Engine & its peripherals related field issues regarding hardwares & software logics.Correlate the functions of all ECU with the EMS ECU logics to understand the close looping behaviours.Perform in-depth diagnosis using CAN/LIN analysis tools, vehicle diagnostics software, and ECU data logs.Conduct failure analysis on returned parts and coordinate with design and quality teams to identify root causes.Create structured diagnostic reports summarizing problem statements, test results, root cause findings, and proposed countermeasures. 2.
