JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Level (L) application support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing solutions.
Develop, maintain, and support Python code and scripts used for application functionality, automation, and defect resolution.
Collaborate closely with the Level (L) support team by offering technical guidance, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring effective operational handovers.
