Job Description

Wood Chennai Office is hiring the candidate for the Senior Engineer in Engineering Systems expertise in SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) / Smart Digital Reality or Software-Defined Everything (SDx). The SPF / SDx Engineer/Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the Hexagon SPF /SDx data management system. The role ensures efficient handling of engineering data, documents, and workflows across project lifecycles. Oil & Gas project experience is preferred.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 

    • Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with Hexagon SPF / SDx
  • Knowledge of: Engineering data management systems (EDMS) Data modeling and relational databases
  • Hands-on expertise in: SQL Server / Oracle databases SPF configuration tools
  • Familiarity with: Engineering design tools (SP3D, SPPID, SPI & SPEL) Document management systems
