Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and application errors reported by end-users, addressing both client and server-side issues
- Responsible for code maintenance and perform quality assurance activities for script development, code review, testing, troubleshooting, pilot, and maintenance after rollout
- Responsible for project development including application integration via API, functionalities testing, performance benchmark, installation, and deployment for assigned applications
- Work closely with the application owner and project team to ensure the solution is delivered within scope, budget, and timeline including participating in the application deployment and release process
