Job Description

JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer Interiors

LOCATION: Casa Grande, AZ or Southfield, MI (Onsite)

DURATION: 12 Months

PAY RANGE: $81 - $91/hr.



TOP 3 SKILLS:


  • Minimum 4 years experience as a detail-oriented Interior Components and Systems development lead (e.g., hard trim, soft trim, IP, door trims, consoles, headliners, etc.)

  • Minimum 4 years of knowledge and understanding of automotive interior components and systems, industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier capabilities

  • Minimum 4 years of experience creating, improving, or establishing technical product specifications and timelines to support accelerated development toward SOP
