Job Purpose
Manage the review, design, and implementation of cost-effective maintenance improvement programs in the division, support the development of maintenance policies, standards, processes and systems across maintenance departments and manage a division-wise centre of excellence to assure company assets are effectively and efficiently maintained throughout their asset lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that the company’s maintenance policy, framework and standards are updated and continually improved to establish consistent approaches which deliver improved efficiency and effectiveness across all assets, thereby contributing to the company objectives in safety, integrity, and reliability.
