Coherent is currently hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to work at our manufacturing site located in Singapore. We are looking for a hands‑on candidate for our industry-leading laser technology products. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining the manufacturing processes used in the production of laser systems and optical assemblies. This role ensures high‑yield, cost‑effective, and reliable production through continuous process improvement, equipment qualification, and close collaboration with design, quality, and supply chain teams. The engineer will be a key technical link between R&D and production, focusing on scalability, manufacturability, and operational excellence.
