Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Process Development and Optimization
- Develop, document, and implement manufacturing processes for laser modules, optical assemblies, and related sub-systems.
- Define critical process parameters for optical alignment, bonding, soldering, and laser cavity assembly.
- Conduct DOE and SPC to optimize yield and minimize process variability.
- Translate R&D prototypes into robust, repeatable production processes.
2. Production Support
- Provide hands‑on technical support to production teams for troubleshooting yield issues, process deviations, and equipment downtime.
- Implement root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for production failures using DMAIC, FMEA, and Ishikawa tools.
