Micron's Singapore Process Development (PD) group in Technology Development (TD) is seeking a Senior Engineer in Plasma-CVD/Diffusion to support the development of advanced technology nodes. This opportunity allows you to build and optimize Plasma-CVD or Diffusion processes for Micron's innovative NAND Flash products. The role is pivotal to Micron's products and may require business-related travel.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver process packages to meet product specification requirements within program targets and timelines.
- Characterize processes using techniques such as SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, AFM, etc.; design and implement experiments, analyze data, and present findings.
- Operate the R&D Pilot Line in the fab to improve process maturity and capability—supporting pilot/manufacturing line issues, managing program-critical lots, and updating Fab engineers on customer issues and technology needs.
