Senior Engineer – PD SG Dry Etch
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. The Senior Engineer supports advanced NAND dry etch process development by improving process windows, optimizing recipes, and troubleshooting yield/quality issues in collaboration with Process Integration and other module teams. The role requires strong experimental discipline (DOE/SPC), structured problem‑solving, and the ability to translate technology requirements into production‑worthy process improvements.
Main Responsibilities- Perform advanced dry etch process development tasks including process window analysis, recipe optimization, and tool continuous improvement evaluation for 3D NAND technology.
