Job Description
Your Role
- Lead/Support yield and quality improvement program Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
- Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback
- Support new product releases
- Support technology transfer projects
- Monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of product parameters
- Support production tools releases
- Lead/Support technology synchronization
- Support technology FMEA updates
- Support PCRB releases and MRB risk assessment

- Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science or any related field
