1 New Product Introduction
Responsible for the whole-process quality inspection and control of new projects (including pulley products, forged products, etc.) from raw material incoming, production process to finished product delivery. Develop and implement inspection plans, sampling plans and inspection standards (SIP).Operate precision measuring equipment such as CMM, vision measuring machine and tensile tester to accurately measure and verify key dimensions, geometric tolerances, material properties and other indicators.Lead quality problem analysis and improvement for new products. Apply quality tools including 8D, 5Why and Fishbone Diagram to drive production, engineering and other departments to resolve root causes and reduce defect rate.2 Operation and Inspection of DR and Other New Equipment
