Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Undertake customer quality engineering accounts
- Backup between QE to cover all customer quality accounts
- Coordinate routine meetings for designated customer accounts
- CAR/8D/VOC/VOP tracking
- Owner for QA related agenda during customer audit
- Support internal operations on 3rd party audits and internal audits
- Handling of internal/customer return lots
- Review/Approve QMS related to internal operations (including and not limited to RFC/CRB/PPCN/PCN (Change management), RMS/PPC (Recipe management system)
- Abnormal lot management including disposition of IQC/OQC hold lots, MRB lots
- Continuously work with process engineering to improve and sustain process stability
- Monitor and close CAPA actions from audits and CAR/8D
