Prepares and evaluates Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents for internal customers and suppliers Participate in APQP reviews according to planning defined with customers Perform data transformation, analysis using Power BI to prepare actionable dashboard Prepare PFMEA in SCIO, APIS or Excel for new Product development & series projects Prepare Control Plan for New Product development & series projects Preform Process capability studies using MINITAB & analyses the graphs or charts of data Perform MSA study using MINITAB & analyses the data Leading and coordinating quality activities in new projects regarding Gap Analysis, Quality requirements, Risk analysis etc. Review the Customer specific requirement and identify gaps Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements in execution of Quality activities To prepare a weekly or mon...
