Job Description
Senior Engineer - Metallurgy is responsible for effectively supervising employees in a designated area to ensure a safe work environment, meet production deadlines, and attain established goals in the areas of production, quality, delivery, and cost. Responsible for successful running of all furnaces, trouble shooting and ensure product quality as per standard.
Also to support in manufacturing activities, related to heat treatment; like in development of new HT process, proving new parts and installation of new equipment related to heat treatment.
To prepare and communicate technical reports to Internal customers on Heat Treatment Processes / System Improvements with the help of leveraging our global strength.
+ Responsible for effective operation & monitoring of furnaces, with rated output with QCD [Quality, Cost & Delivery] approach.
+ Responsible for ensuring, production plan is adhered 100% and there is no stoppage of lin...
