Senior Engineer
Location: Sheffield
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer within Galliford Try’s Infrastructure Business. Working on a £15m Sheffield town improvements project, you will be responsible for setting out, engineering control and quality, and coordinating and mentoring the site engineering team.
What you will be doing:
- Participate in creating a safely working environment.
- Assist the Site Agent in planning and coordinating the project and resources.
- Write and review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure implementation including correct engineering checks, hold points, inspections and tests.
- Manage the site engineering team, including mentoring junior members of staff and coordinating subcontractors.
