Job Description
Reporting to Head of IT Security and Infrastructure, this role will be responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and efficient end-user services across the organization. This role will be based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
. Provide advanced (L2/L3) support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
. Ensure high service availability and performance for end-user computing services
. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services for APAC regional consumption
. Support enterprise collaboration and video conferencing solutions (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly devices)
. Ensure endpoint patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with corporate security standards
. Support identity and access management controls (Entra ID, Conditional Access)
. Ensure the managed IT environment is fulfilling compliance/security requirement
. Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides
