Job Description
The **Senior Engineer, Stay Experiences & Technical Operations** is responsible for the technical design, validation, and operational readiness of Digital Guest Experience solutions across global hotel environments. This role ensures that solutions such as Digital Check-in, Digital Key, Messaging, and In-Room technologies are feasible, scalable, and stable across a highly variable hotel infrastructure landscape.
This individual serves as a senior technical contributor, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Vendors, and Regional teams to assess readiness, support deployments, resolve complex technical issues, and drive ongoing improvements in system reliability and performance.
