You will focus on streamlining internal processes to ensure all institutional outputs meet rigorous technical and regulatory benchmarks.

1. Establishing the Governance & Management Framework
Integrated Management System (IMS) Support: Contribute to the design of an internal IMS aligned with international standards (e.g., IAEA GSR Part 2). You will help synthesize safety, quality, and economic elements into a single management structure to support long-term institutional knowledge.
