Experience and skills we need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role providing delivery, technical and people leadership to multiple teams, simultaneously.
- A minimum of three years’ recent relevant experience in playing a lead role in delivering enterprise scale solutions with a focus on customer/organization value.
- Agile expertise and proven experience of working and coaching in agile environments
- Good knowledge of enterprise software engineering concepts, methodologies, architectures and technical standards.
