Job Description

We are partnering with a UK leading retail and commercial real estate landlord on the recruitment of a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee a prestigious mixed use estate in Central London.

The Role:

  • Technical services lead for all functions and services in the building.
  • Full accountability for the technical side of service charge budgets, CAPEX and OPEX.
  • This is a client AND customer facing role!
  • Develop and implement environmental and energy conservation initiatives and champion these initiative throughout the estate.
  • Oversee contractor management for ongoing developments and projects across the estate.
