Lead and manage the engineering function, overseeing process optimisation, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards. Manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and provide technical expertise in automation, tooling, and process control, while ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
