Job Description
As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for evolving the architecture, tooling, and operational capabilities that power Trainline’s supply ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers, supporting growth and development through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership practices
- Define and drive the long‑term technical vision for how supply is integrated, managed, and scaled across the Trainline platform
- Own end‑to‑end delivery across the Supply Platform domain, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable operational and business impact
- Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Commercial, and Supply stakeholders to align technical strategy with evolving customer, platform, and business needs
