Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer (Senior) with strong expertise in III-V Epitaxy to drive the development and manufacturing of high performance semiconductor devices (such as lasers for AI data centers). The role centers on III-V epitaxial growth process development (MOCVD) combined with wafer fabrication, supporting both R&D and high-volume production. The candidate will play a key role in process optimization, yield improvement, and new product introduction (NPI). Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, optimization, and qualification of III-V epitaxial growth processes (primarily MOCVD) for various device structures to meet R&D and production requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of process quality such as: uniformity, defect density, and reproducibility.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design structure to manufacturable process flow.
