Job Description
The successful candidate is a strong contributor who partners closely with Process Integration, Equipment, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technology Development teams to drive tool qualification, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver practical, sustainable solutions that support fab readiness and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Own implant equipment performance, process stability, and manufacturability in a high-volume production environment.
- Lead troubleshooting for process excursions, equipment drift, dose and energy issues, beam instability, contamination, and yield detractors.
- Support process tuning, recipe optimization, and equipment qualification for ion implantation processes.
