Job Description
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of advanced deposition systems like Novellus Altus and Centura CVD WXZ
- Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and throughput
- Diagnose and resolve faults across vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and temperature control
- Identify root cause using SPC charts and fault analysis
- Work closely with process engineers in film deposition quality, thickness uniformity, and defect reduction
- Identify recurring issues and implement long‑term solutions
- Drive projects to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum five years experience as an Equipment Engineer in PVD module
- Strong understanding of Chemical Vapor Deposition WXZ, WWEB process, vacuum systems, and pumps
- Experience working in Novellus Altus and Centura tools
