Woods & Co has partnered up with one of Melbourne’s top industrial builders who completes projects up to $20M.
Due to their growth in tenders, they require an experienced Senior Estimator to permanently join the team.
What do you do?
- Conduct reviews of new tenders + complete tender assessment forms for multiple new jobs.
- Report to the Estimating Manager.
- Set up the sub-contractor comparison form, trade/supplier packages, send packages, arrange site visits and obtain quotes.
- Experience liaising, obtaining and negotiating pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
