Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to support the preparation of accurate project cost estimates for healthcare fit-out projects. Working closely with the Lead Estimator and Sales Director, this role is responsible for quantity take-offs, tender support, supplier pricing coordination, database maintenance, and estimating administration to ensure projects are planned and delivered efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project cost estimates based on specifications, allowances, and available documentation.
- Complete quantity take-offs and estimating activities using Bluebeam and related tools.
- Support tender and quotation preparation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain supplier, subcontractor, and materials databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
