A reputable Construction Company based in Cape Town is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.
Key requirements
- Diploma or BTech Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge and efficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Key responsibilities
- Compiling estimates on new and current business.
- Compile pricing for RFQs, RFIs and Tenders.
- Maintain and update the Estimate register.
- Maintain and update the Agent contact list.
- Providing commercial support internally.
- Ability to produce accurate estimates and quality control them independently without supervision.
- Coordination of the estimated input for an estimate from all relevant disciplines/individuals, to suit the required level of accuracy an proposal time schedule
