Senior estimator (construction)

Our client in the Construction industry is looking to hire a Senior Estimator.

Qualifications BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree Knowledge of contract conditions e.g. FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC is required; A minimum of 10 years estimating experience in both Building and Civil Industry. Special Requirements Tender preparation and submission Prepare and submit all prequalification documentation accurately and completely as per tender specifications. Client liaison. Good interpersonal skills Any other additional tasks which are required from time to time. Computer Competency Requirements Computer literate in MS Office Must have thorough knowledge of CCS (estimating & site plan) Languages Good command of the English language
