About the Role
You’ll manage the full tender lifecycle, from enquiry to handover, working closely with Commercial and Delivery teams to secure profitable work and drive strong client relationships. Based onsite with site visits required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive tenders from drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities
- Carry out take-offs and pricing using estimating software
- Manage tender pipeline within CRM, ensuring opportunities are tracked and followed up
