Williams Plumbing (https://willplumb.com/) based in Belgrade Montana is looking for a Senior Estimator to lead the development of accurate, competitive cost estimates for large and complex mechanical and plumbing projects. This role goes beyond just building estimates - you’ll help shape bid strategy, mentor team members, and ensure consistency and quality across all estimating efforts.
