MCS Group is currently recruiting for a Senior EUC (End User Computing) Support Analyst to join a well-established technology function, supporting a large internal user base across a modern Microsoft environment. This is a hands‑on EUC role combining high‑quality user support with endpoint management and continuous improvement, ideal for someone who enjoys both resolving technical issues and enhancing the overall end user experience.
You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across a range of channels (phone, email and in‑person), ensuring a responsive and customer‑focused service. Alongside incident management, you will take ownership of key EUC areas – particularly Intune configuration, application packaging and automation – helping to improve stability, efficiency and user experience.
