Major/Essential Functions
Serve as a liaison for online programs to address requests from students, staff, faculty, and administrators that require guidance on student academic records, university policies, procedures, and practices.Maintain and manage online student academic records, ensuring all pertinent data and academic history are accurately reflected in Banner, Degree Works, and Xtender.Conduct preliminary and final audits of online student records throughout five annual end-of-term cycles to ensure alignment with degree program requirements and confirm eligibility for graduation.Maintain reports related to online student degree progress, completion, enrollment, and graduation trends over time.Coordinate graduation processes for online students across end-of-term cycles, ensuring alignment with university policies and integration with three official commencement ceremonies.Provide support for Graduate School ev...
