The role is based in our Ha Phan Building.
We are looking for a Senior Event Executive joining the Vietnam Events Team.
Event Planning & Execution including support development of event concepts and execution plans with the direction of Senior Event Manager.Manage onsite events such as Opening ceremony, Press Conference, Conference and Seminar and side events like visitor programs, roadshows, pre-show press conference, webinar’s logistics and delivery.Monitor events’ timeline and schedule, and make sure it is on track.Provide market content including trends and market movement through researching and buyer’s engaging.Partnership management for relevant Industry Government / Associations / OrganizationsPress & Media Communication & Management through agency: conduct pre-show press conference, onsite interviews for Key stakeholders including exhibitors, sponsors and partners.Coordin...
