Job Title: Senior Event Manager (Parkhurst, Johannesburg)
Main Purpose
As a Senior Event Manager, you will report to the owner or co-owner or anyone in charge.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of scheduled events
- Co-ordination of stakeholders, setting of meetings, agendas, taking minutes and distribution of minutes to relevant stakeholders
- Liaison and management of suppliers to events
- Liaison and management of venues for events
- Develop, manage and reconcile budgets
- Liaise with clients on an on-going basis in a professional and ethical manner
- Invitation and RSVP Process, including the management of delegate logistics pertaining to an event
